High Strength silky smooth, glossy print

X3D Smooth Filament is made of a Polymer composite PLA material. It has a higher strength and toughness compared to regular PLA and is not brittle. It is also biodegradable, has a low shrinkage rate along with good rigidity. Printed objects will have a very glossy, silk satin appearance.

Recommended nozzle temperature is 190-230℃ along with a slower printing speed in order to get a smooth satin surface finish. Recommended heat bed temperature is 50℃ along with keeping your printer fans on.

The finish on this filament is very smooth and glossy, although I ordered a roll of the red it actually prints quite pink. I found that when printing on glass using a heated bed the print would stick so well to the bed that I couldn't get it off without almost breaking the glass, after much prying and levering the print finally came off the bed when some of the lower-middle layers separated.
